Terms of Service

These terms are between you and LNP Platforms LLC and cover use of the LNP Platforms software at app.lnpplatforms.com and the agency addresses built on it. By using the software you agree to them. If you use it for a business, you agree on that business's behalf.

1. Your account

Keep your login safe and tell us if you think someone else has used it. Account admins decide who on their team gets access and what they can do.

2. Your content

You own what you put into the software, including contacts, files and social posts. You give us permission to store, process and publish it only as needed to run the features you use, such as sending a scheduled post to the Facebook Page you picked.

3. Connected social accounts

When you connect a Facebook Page or Instagram account you confirm you're allowed to post for it. Posts you schedule go out under that account, and you're responsible for what they say and for following Facebook's and Instagram's own rules. We aren't responsible if a network changes, delays or refuses a post.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the software to send spam, to break the law, to harass anyone, to post content you don't have rights to, or to try to get into accounts or data that aren't yours.

5. Payments

Paid plans are billed as agreed with you or your agency. Payments you take from your own customers run through your own Stripe account.

6. Availability

We work to keep the software running but can't promise it will always be available or error free. Features may change over time.

7. Ending

You can stop using the software at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. See the privacy policy for what happens to your data.

8. Limits

To the extent the law allows, the software is provided as is, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.
