Data Deletion
Last updated November 3, 2026
You can have the Facebook and Instagram data we hold about you deleted in any of these ways.
Remove the app on Facebook
- On Facebook go to Settings and privacy, Settings, then Apps and websites.
- Find LNP Platforms and choose Remove.
- Facebook tells us right away, and we delete the access tokens for every Page and Instagram account you connected. To also delete the connection records, choose to send a deletion request when Facebook offers it.
Remove it inside the app
An admin on the account opens Tools, Marketing, Social planner, Accounts and chooses Remove next to the Page or Instagram account. Its token is deleted immediately.
Ask us
Email [email protected] from the address on your account (or your Facebook name and the Page name) and we'll delete your data within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
What gets deleted
Access tokens, your Facebook user ID, and the names, IDs and pictures of the connected Pages and Instagram accounts. Posts already published stay on Facebook and Instagram until you remove them there. Business records an account keeps for its own customers are handled under our privacy policy.
